Willem Rossouw Attorneys was established in Meyerton in 1997, when Willem Rossouw senior, a former partner at Rossouw and Prinsloo attorneys of Vereeniging saw the potential in an upcoming and flourishing Midvaal area, and decided to establish a firm within the jurisdiction of Midvaal Municipal area. This also improved the firm’s location, being closer to Alberton and Johannesburg CBD district where some of our work was sourced from.

In 1999, his son Johannes Albertus Rossouw joined the firm, and has since grown to the well established conveyancing firm that it is today.

Although not the firms only field of expertise, we mainly specialize in property transfers (conveyancing) and property related litigation matters.

The firm was converted to an Incorporated Company in 2015. During this time, the firm also established an estate agency trading under the same name and style of Willem Rossouw Inc. with 6 active estate agents on board.

We deliver expert advice and comprehensive service in all property related matters, as well as Estate Administration, drafting of Wills, Divorce matters, Civil Litigation and Notarial work such as Ante Nuptial Agreements, Notarial bonds of security and more.
